Level 1- Beginner/Novice*:

This session is designed for beginner wrestlers. We will teach the basics to prepare them for our youth session and make jv/varsity teams next season.

Level 2 - Youth/Intermediate*:

This session is run like an advanced K6 varsity practice. We teach and practice high level technique that will be used throughout your wrestler’s career, and prepare you for our Advanced session.

Advanced*:

Description: Practice is structured to help all wrestlers (regardless of their current level) reach their ultimate goals. For the most committed, we are training to win on a state, national and world level. This session goes year round.
